White Coat Ceremony

July 22, 2007
We're going to the White Coat Ceremony. We're standing in front of the medical school.
The school has a ceremony where they celebrate the students accomplishments up to this point, and welcome them into the medical profession by "coating" them with their white coat. There were multiple speakers sharing experiences and thoughts on the medical profession. They then each take a turn in procession and are coated by doctors. You'll notice the students coats are only to the waist, where the doctors go to mid thigh. Geoffrey has 4 years until he gets one of those!

Just shook Dean Henrich's hand.

The students stood for applause. The man standing on the left of Geoff is his "tank" mate, Brandon. He and Geoffrey share a cadavar in Anatomy. He is great.

Geoffrey and Mom after the ceremony.

All three of us.
