Geoffrey and I just tried bucatini pasta for the first time a couple of months ago. It is a-MAZ-ing. It is a great change from bowtie and linguini. The noodle takes in the sauce and is fabulous! Tonight we used bucatini to complete Nordstom's recipe of Pasta Carbonara.

At first when I read your post I thought that it was saying that the pasta changed from Bowtie to Linguini. I thought that sounded amazing. Now I get it!

Where did you find it? I've never even heard of it. Sounds tasty ;) Cute project too. I am addicted to Sugardoodle! I would never survive my calling without it! It has saved me soooo many times.
