I don't know what I was thinking, but the last few days I was sure I could find a way to give Hugh a cute hair cut! We always buzz Geoff's hair on a 2 or 3, so I was certain a 6 was plenty long-----WRONG! So tonight a toddler moved into my house, and a baby moved out. Any of you that know me at all...know that makes me so sad. Why do they have to grow up?
The haircut was very scary for him. So here he is with his still sullen face.

And with another 4 minutes he'd completely forgotten the whole ordeal, and was begging for more toothpaste.
Too bad the grooming wasn't over. While trying to convince him to let me cut his toenails I found a huge sliver in his foot. So another pin down/scream session was called, and hopefully by tomorrow his foot won't be swollen!
Honestly, what was I thinking?

His new hair does make him look so much older, but not any less handsome!!
We cut Ethan's hair again last night too! It does make them look so much older! I think Hugh still looks adorable though!

I know what you mean...I ask Josh and Ella every day to stop growing up, but they are definitely not listening to their mother!

He looks so cute! Hair cuts are a bit of a struggle, I found gogurts work well since they are wrapped, then they don't get all hairy.

Hair cuts are still kind of like that at our house. For everyone but dad. Hugh does look grown up with his new hair cut...very cute though.
am- ok i totally have to admit that with everything thats gone on the last couple months i forgot to ever add you to google reader when you went public again so i haven't looked at your blog in forever- it was soooooo fun to see so many new pics and videos of hugh. i totally love the haircut and it will be much nicer for the summer i'm sure. i still think he looks like you. and love the squeaky shoes video- too cute! i promise i'll check more often now- sorry!
