and BACK-UP your photo files! Both our laptop and home computer got a virus & crashed. New hard drives were required on both. EVERY picture from all SIX YEARS of our marriage was lost. I am so sick about it I don't know what to do. I actually try to not think about it--all the time!
I never backed them up because they weren't organized in a way that would make sense on a DVD, so I kept waiting to organize them....and now they're gone. Sigh! I guess I'll slurp my blog and call it Hugh's baby book. What else could I do? Double sigh!

oh my goodness! That is awful. I am so sorry...I'm sure those pictures meant everything to you guys. I had never backed up anything until I married my live-in geek squad computer guy. I hate doing it and he is always pestering me about it but now I can see why it is so important. So have you checked to see if there is any way you can pay to get the pictures recovered?

How awful! I always tell myself that I'll do it later, but I guess I better not keep putting it off! So sorry!
We've lost pictures before from only a few months or something and that made me cry. I feel sick for you about the last six years!!! Oh, Ann-Marie, I'm sooo sorry. I should go back my photo files up right now.

Oh Ann Marie, I'm so so sorry! That happened to me right before Macie was born, so thankfully I learned from it in time to be able to save her baby pictures...but our wedding pictures, trips, lots and lots of good times...just gone! Oh I'm so so sorry. I'll say a prayer for you that you'll be comforted! By the way, I love the header on your blog!
