Why? You ask. Because Bryce got married. It has been such an exciting thing to see Bryce fall in love with Shonni. She is perfect for him and perfect for our family. Shonni has more energy than all of us combined, and is fun loving and easy to be around. Bryce has had a lot of pressure for many years from all of his sisters. We always said to him, "don't mess it up--we have to love her!" I don't know if there are bigger fans of my in-laws than myself. Jenny, well, I honestly don't remember life before her. Dave either. I was so young when they joined the family. Jenny has always taken me on as a true sister. And Dave takes great care of me. Bryce and I are incredibly close, and living so far away was hard when I started to see how much he adored this girl I had never met. But when Bryce brought her to meet us, we were instant friends, and I am so glad she is now my sister.
It was a cold crisp day, and the weather was perfect for pictures.
Mom felt well, and it showed in her smile and step.
