Hill Cumorah Pageant

Next up on our fun? The Hill Cumorah Pageant.  We were told to arrive about 2 hours early, so we did. It actually was really fun to be there early.

All the actors are in full costume and they come and greet and tell you about their portion.  We loved seeing the costumes up close. They were spectacular.

 

 

 

The kids played on the grass, ran around with other rambunxious kids, and we all ate licorice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Geoff and I were sitting talking when all the sudden he jumped up and said-that is my mission president!!! It was so fun to be able to catch up with them and sit and visit.  They were great, and Geoffrey loved it!

The pageant was really so great. We all really really enjoyed it and are so glad we went.
It began at dusk-about 9:15 and went until 10:30.  The boys loved it, and we laughed as they fell asleep with not even 3 minutes left in the show.
