Hugh is a money making man!
This little guy is all about making pennies so he can go shopping. He announced that now upon entering his room everyone must pay a fee into his envelope. (he is all about taping envelopes all over this house)

Ha ha! Watch out for that kid, he is going to fleece you every chance he gets. :)
Good thinking, Hugh! How creative of him. Some kids try extra chores etc, but this could work too! So funny.
