I love Sundays for many reasons: Geoff will sleep in, brunch, watching the Mormon Tabernacle Choir (yes, we get BYUTV here), church, Relief Society, and cooking dinner with Geoff. Yesterday we made a delicious dinner together-completely by chance. I had decided to make chicken cordon bleu, but couldn't decide which of the three recipes I wanted to use, and ended up throwing in things from all the recipes. I was really hoping for a Mimi's Cafe chef to appear, but that didn't happen, so we just kept adding this and that. Geoff made whipped potatoes, and we had homeade rolls and jam and asparagus.
