Blessings

I have been overwhelmed as I think about the blessings that are all around me. I'm sad to say this was brought to my mind by finding out someone else's loss. I don't know why it can be so hard to remember, but I am thankful for the reminder once again. When I heard of my friend's loss, I immediately thought "I couldn't ever endure that." I guess sometimes we don't have a choice though, do we? So I guess I better just take a minute and count my blessings. Feel free to skip.
1. A Loving Father in Heaven-who has a plan, even when we don't see it.
2. Geoffrey & Hugh-I had no idea life could be so good.
3. Mom & Dad-anyone who knows me knows I adore my parents.
4. Siblings. I have the best. I don't know how it happened, but I got them all. God must have known I would need a lot of help.
5. The Wood Family-all are kind, focused and wonderful. I tell Geoff all the time how lucky we are.
6. Health
7. Food
8. A warm home

During Conference I loved the talk on simplifying. I am going to work on counting my blessings-daily-and simplifying.

Cute blog! I've been trying to be more grateful these days too. It's easy to forget how nice we have it!
