This guy, (aka Geoff & Dad), lucked out and didn't have to work on President's Day. So we headed down to the Stock Show. We ARE in Texas people. I've been wanting to go for the past couple years and never got around to it.
Hughie couldn't wait to see the animals. Geoff made the rookie mistake of telling him WAY to early in the morning where we were going. I usually wait until we are putting on our shoes. Or else you hear relentlessly, "rodeo, animals?" over and over again!
My favorite part was watching Hugh take it all in. He was in heaven!
Will we go back next year? You bet! Will be buy the curly fries again? No Way! We'll head straight to the funnel cake!!!
