Can we stay here ALL day?

My wonderful Aunt and Uncle had a few extra hours in Boston, and we got to explore the Aquarium with them. It was truly soooo much fun! I grew up in a very close family and so seeing them was like Christmas!

Uncle David was so good to haul Hughie everywhere and answer his million questions.

Geoffrey hauled mini-G. Who isn't so mini anymore (26 pds!)

We loved the main tank with the sharks and gargantuan turtles!

 Graham loved everything. And I mean everything.

We enjoyed lunch PLUS ice cream, and an IMAX movie as well. It was a real treat, and by the time we had to send them off to their airplane Hughie was asking when they were coming back. He loved the aquarium and kept asking over and over, "can we stay here ALL day?" It was great. I even convinced Hugh (and myself) to pet the stingrays and we attempted to get the shark but it would swim close enought to us. Geoff touched it though.

Next we wandered and played outside, as it was a BEAUTIFUL day. The boys loved running up and down the ramp and around and around the people picnicking.

 The pier was gorgeous as well.

 I was excited to see the IMAX. I've never seen one. And the three-D was great fun. Graham was a champ at wearing the glasses. Hugh--uh, not so much.

And every time we're downtown Geoff asks me, "Would you LOVE to live downtown like this?" Hmmm, sounds like he's making plans.
